ONLY 20 SPOTS AVAILABLE ! Join us for a Hard Hat Site Tour of 43 Green:
Located in Chicago's historic Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago, 43 Green is a transit-oriented development (TOD) comprised of a multiphase, mixed-use, residential and commercial project anchored by the 43rd Street Green Line station at 43rd and Calumet. The combined development, designed by Landon Bone Baker Architects (LBBA), will directly invest over $100 million in the historic Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The development will consist of three mixed-use, mixed-income residential phases on the south side of 43rd Street, and a new office building on the north side of 43rd Street.
Construction is well underway for the first phase of 43 Green, located on the northeast corner of East 43rd Street and Calumet Avenue, directly adjacent to the 43rd Green Line CTA Stop. Future residents will be able to choose between studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. The development will bring new investment, jobs, and housing while also serving as a catalyst for new opportunities for those who call Bronzeville home.
The first 20 people to RSVP will receive a confirmation email and invitation. Please do NOT attend unless you receive that invitation and please register by 9/28.
This is a great opportunity to connect with I-NOMA and see development activity happening around the city !
