1 lb Rice (White or Brown depending on preface)

2 Tbsp Butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1-2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
or 12-16 oz Cooked Defrosted Shrimp
or 1 lbs of Vegan Meat
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vegetables
1 Red Pepper
4 stalks Green Onion
Sesame Seeds for Garnish
