Pipeline Workshops Kick-Off at Chicago Tech Academy, University Village

I-NOMA conducted their first Project Pipeline Workshop Friday, Jan. 27th at the Chicago Tech Academy, where they exposed 18 High School Students to a career in Architecture. The mentors, lead by Oz, started with a short presentation leading to a discussion about using architecture as a tool for social change. The students discussed social issues in their communities and developed solutions through a modeling and sketching exercise. Special thanks to mentors who volunteered last week: Bryan Hudson, Darin Triplet, Kareem Cousar, Eduardo Prieto, Doug Williams, Walmer Saavedra and Xiochie.
