Project Pipeline Architecture Camp featured in CBS 2 Morning News.
Local CBS 2 news channel featured Day 4 of the Project Pipeline Architecture camp. Saturday, August 4th, 2018 I-NOMA Project Pipeline Campers and mentors loaded up buses and visited the Willis Tower. This trip was part of the ‘City Scape’ segment of the recently concluded, 4th Annual Project Pipeline Architecture Summer Camp Program. The intent of this camp is to empower Chicagoland area youth to affect change in their community through design. At the site, a group of more than 100 6th to 8th graders visited the Sky Deck, and an amenity space within the tower. The trip finished with a tour of ongoing construction where each student and mentor signed a steel construction beam that has since been installed in the building, leaving their "permanent mark” on the Chicago Skyline.
